DISCOVERY CLASSES   .... for New Players

Clawhammer Banjo, Hammered Dulcimer, and Mountain Dulcimer

Buckeye Roadshow (Joe, Chris and Shari) are gathering ideas as to how we can reach out to new players.
We asked for and received so much input and support at the last zoom jam on this topic.. THANKS TO ALL!

As a result, we start on August 13 with beginner DISCOVERY CLASSES on mountain and hammered dulcimers and clawhammer banjo.
If you have friends that have always wanted to try one of these instruments and live in north central Ohio (Bucyrus),
please pass this along. If you play one of these instruments and would like to try another, here's your chance.

If you are an experienced player from the area and would like to join us for the jam after supper, please contact Chris.  This should be fun!

We plan on to take Discovery classes to other areas with the Buckeye Dulcimer Festival's reach.  If you have an ideas of a location in your area, please let us know.

Who wants to join us and learn to play hammered dulcimer, mountain dulcimer or clawhammer banjo??
You don't even have to own an instrument! Guaranteed to be FUN!

AFTER CLASSES and DINNER ... Join us for an Old-Time, Acoustic Jam Session .... play or just come and enjoy!

Also looking for area old-time musicians to join our FREE Community Jam that evening.
Do you play guitar, fiddle, mandolin, harmonica, bass, dulcimer, spoons.... or any other non-electric, acoustic instrument!?
We can also use appreciative hand-clapper/toe tappers! Please join us for this community event.
If you would like to join the jam, (but not the workshops), please let me know so I can plan accordingly. Hope to see you there!
